Legal Services of Alabama (LSA), the largest legal nonprofit serving Alabama, had developed an innovative AI-powered questionnaire tool designed to guide vulnerable residents to appropriate legal resources.
But the tool was disconnected from their public-facing website, creating a gap in resource access for the people who needed their services most.

The Problem
Legal Services of Alabama faced several challenges in delivering their services digitally.
Their innovative AI questionnaire tool existed but lacked proper integration with their public-facing website. Without this integration, vulnerable Alabama residents couldn’t easily access the guidance the tool was designed to provide.
Their website also lacked robust analytics and tracking capabilities, making it impossible to measure user engagement or optimize the experience.
As a nonprofit with limited resources, they needed a cost-effective solution that would maximize the impact of their existing technology investment. The complex nature of legal information required a thoughtful user experience that could guide users with varying levels of technical and legal literacy.

The Plan
To complete our comprehensive digital strategy for Legal Services of Alabama, we created a seamless interface between their existing AI questionnaire tool and their website, ensuring users could easily access and navigate the resource.
